Iowa bank notes remodeling


David H. Dvergsten, president of Security Trust & Savings Bank, recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of a remodeling project at the main bank facility in Storm Lake, Iowa


The project included a reconfiguration of the teller counter, relocation of the bookkeeping department, new vaulted ceilings, painting, new carpet and new ceramic tile among other items.Security Trust & Savings Bank has assets of $141 million and has a separate motor bank facility in Storm Lake.Kirk Gross Company of Waterloo, Iowa provided design and construction services utilizing local suppliers and contractors for this project. Kirk Gross Company is a 74-year old provider of architectural plans, space plans, interior designs, construction services, signage and office furnishings.
